Wishlist and I would like to hear from you guys

My hope for this new game is that they upgrade the trading system (add cash, more players or draft picks). Add sponsorships or logo like in NBA 2K where you can have more customization to your stadium and add a third jersey. Even league realignment would be nice or expansion just like what the NBA 2K has in there franchise mode. What do you guys want or think should be added to this mode? Do people still like this mode or want to play it? I didn’t buy 21 due to lack of upgrades but I am considering 22 if the necessary changes are made to franchise mode that make it fun to grind.

I just hope that the start times are correct for all the teams. I know that’s asking a lot but I hope it makes in this year.

I’m 13 and haven’t played as much as you OGs out there, but real prospects or at least downloadable draft classes would be nice. More batting stances, maybe make the prospects look younger? They look 36 sometimes lol. But a better and more realistic franchise would be great. Also add single a teams and real coaches that you can promote and hire. I like it already, but more room to grow for sure

been playing for over 10 years and its always mainly been franchise, so theres some things ive wanted forever now. The trade things you said are the biggest, (PTBNL, Cash considerations, pay some of a players contract, etc), id love to see us have the ability to change prices for things like tickets, concessions, etc like it is in madden. if an A potential prospect is doing well in majors and minors, it should benefit his stats more than it does. I wanna see more superstar prospects like judge and tatis when they came up. I liked the morale system a lot from last year, confused why they got rid of it. international free agents or more rounds on the first year player draft, one of the two is fine. A tab to see each players awards/all star appearances. being able to see other team's coaches, good/bad relationships with other teams which effect trading would be cool, i got more but dont want to type an essay ive been wanting a lot of these things for a long [censored] time

There's a long list of things I'd like to see.
A big one for me would be adding all the high and low A roster spots. To clarify I don't need the teams playable (I've seen people shoot this want down because of added statiums and game space for playable games.) I just want the roster spots. Keep only MLB, AAA and AA playable. But instead of only 15 men in reserve (92 total) give me full high and low A squads in reserves (130 total) I know that's a lot of players to have in reserves but just imagine what the people who do the full minors roster could do with that.I also echo the downloadable draft class would be awesome.
3 team trades and or trade for cash. Although with trade logic I think the CPU would drastically mess this up.
This one is a minor nit pick. But ill ride this train forever. Ability to edit face scanned players hair and facial hair. Example in real life last year Joey Gallo gets traded to NYY yet in my franchise he did not. So SDS removes facial hair. So now in franchise he's just clean shaven on the Rangers. Likewise let's say Bryce Harper gets trades to NYY in fictional franchise. Now he's on NYY with a beard and nothing i can do about it. Again minor nitpic but I want it.
I know we can't do fights anymore (sadly) but some more or different frustration animations would be nice.
Finally the ability to have at least some input on customizing your schedule would be nice. Nothing to drastically I'd be happy even with being able to pick the interleauge teams you face.

Year after year Franchise wish lists are put together and year after year Franchise/season mode content is removed. So I gave up on wish lists long ago.
Hopefully the backend stuff that was supposedly done in 21 to lay a foundation for future Franchise modes wasn't just spin. But not holding my breath. There's been a lot of spin over the last six years at the same time we saw stuff slowly removed bit by bit.
For what it's worth, as stated previously, expanding below AA (no real difference between 130 players and 165 players so target 165) and improved progression/regression of attributes is the one foundation that Franchise absolutely needs (can't really have one without the other) as this impacts upon so many other things such as drafting, free agency, retirement, team management etc.

better trade logic and roster Mgmt. Just because a team has a poor LF, they might have a player that can play LF who is behind, say, the starting 2B. Why not have the AI move that player to LF?
If a team is rebuilding why are they trading prospects for 28 yr old players?
Where is the international draft?
Why don't free agents decrease their demand in August?
Why doesn't the AI grab position players off the waiver wire like it does pitchers?
Why don't we still have 4 tiers (I'd be happy with High A) of baseball with rookie league or Low A as placeholder non playable leagues yet?
and @BlackEagle2407 I am with you on face customization plus the [censored] equipment & cleats being in team colors by default is a pain in the [censored] to change all the time
My main thing though is League customization. I don't want Universal DH, I don't want 3 batter RP rule. I don't want Instant replay. I WANT a league with less HRs/Ks and walks and more balls into play and more steals and triples. I want to relocate teams and make the AL and NL a 2 division league with NO interleague schedule and only a NLCS/ALCS and then World Series. I cannot get that
I also want to see player splits easier. All I see is Batting average and HRs vs right and left, no OPS, no BB, no Ks
I want to see how my players have done against pitchers and batters historically over the course of the season for the upcoming series
I want team records, I want more league records. I want to choose if I am only using modern day records or since the beginning of time
I want better attributes, Candelerio of the Tigers has doubles power, maybe a player like David Peralta hits triples but doesn't steal bases, you cannot manipulate that
I want customizable managers and coaches and I want Manager/Bench/1B/3B/Pitching/Hitting and be able to hire them away from other teams
I want retired players coming in as coaches and working their way up through the minors
I want downloadable draft classes and easier ways to edit rostersand dammit I want a PC version!
