During the season they already show the monthly splits on players. Let us be able to see that on a leaderboard screen. A players last 10 games will be displayed in the game ticker, let us see that as leaderboard or on the player card. Track how a player is doing vs other teams and make a leaderboard. Track all star game stats per player and playoff stats.

Please give us a sense that we can prep/research and develop a strategy for each game. A graph that shows my team is leading the MAJORS in a category but says I’m 5th in the AL is not helpful. Telling me during a players 2nd at bat of the game that he’s 7 for his last 12 is helpful but too late. Get rid of the player quirks tab and make a player career tabs. Showing different things like last 5 / 10 / 30 games, and or his playoff stats and all star stats. If he was in the top 10 of a leaderboard category. His trade history. Keeping track of trade history where he went and who was involved, sounds so simple but would be huge for franchise. The game is already pretty and pretty challenging and fun. Please just give us some stats to look before a game.

    Thank you!

If SDS stops investing so much effort in nooby DD and online fluff card collecting modes maybe they'll have time to improve franchise.

I'll say it again; I wish they made 2 games. 1 for offline play, and 1 for DD. I don't have anything against the online community wanting to play, I just wish it didn't have to infect my favorite ball game of all time.

I've said the same thing in the past, leave the card collecting, fantasy team building, simplistic way of playing as its its own game. And make a separate game for offline Simulation Franchise play, increase the difficulty and pitch speeds and add it on PC.

They are 2 seperate cultures How does online play infect someone who doesnt play it? Get rid of your internet ,happily you will not know of any infections. Mind over matter .You wont mind and it wont matter.

This would be a great fix and possible money machine for them. Yearly releases plus a side F2P DD type of game, with innings sold as battle passes. I'd actually happily play a F2P DD mode with paid seasons where I can keep everything I grind for.

SDS would just have to lower ALL attributes and make 125 on ANY attribute be a unicorn. Make year-specific cards. Like a 2017 Trout, different from 2014 Trout, etc etc.

SDS invests their time and energy into the modes people actually use.

Sorry Franchisers, but until there’s exponentially more of you, it’s not going to change.

You are a bit off there. They spend their time on modes that make them the most money. Franchise doesn't make them anything. It doesn't matter how many people play franchise. Those DD players who spend thousands of dollars on stubs sure do though.

    False.

Road to the Show makes them no money whatsoever and they still put time into it because (as of a few years ago), it was their most-played mode. Even more than DD.

It will happen eventually. Who knows when. But everything is cyclical. Take vinyls for example (literally cyclical as well, hah). And external exams.
