What happens to games that are in the process of being played when SDS does server maintenance?

Good. Even though I only played to get 2 runs with Bronze outfielders for a Daily; I ended up playing it out and it's now in a Freeze Off with me winning 4-0.
My opponent was a complete tool and even msgd me saying that he'll wait until the 'cows come home'.
So I'm hoping that if I don't get the win; the game doesn't count.
I'd rather lose out on 1000XP than give this @$$hat a free undeserved win.
