Conquest Goal Completion Glitch

Every Conquest I start, there's always the easiest goal to complete such as, "steal 2M fans" that never gets completed but all the rest are progressing. I've finished entire Conquests only for that one box not to be checked, thus resulting in an incomplete. Can anyone explain this? Tried restarting Conquests, but nothing changes. Submitted a ticket and seems to be taking a while to get a response (over a week)

You have to win a 3-inning game during the "Steal Fans" phase of the turn in Conquest. Rookie steals 1M fan, Veteran steals 2M fans, All Star 3M fans...Pay attention to which phase you are in and be sure to get the "Steal Fans" games in (it says in the bottom left corner of the screen).
