I don’t know how to redeem my scouting report pack

If you were a subscriber at the time of them being sent, it is automatically added to your inventory. There is nothing to redeem.

If you were a subscriber and didn't get it, submit a ticket.

So I've submitted a ticket and it's been over a week. Are you all on vacation (understandable by all means) or am I just in an infinitely long line of nothingness?

Likely just due to holiday. If you submitted a ticket, they will get to it.

I’m signed up for scouting report but never get packs
