I saw that. He was legendary. I know he had an amazing run as a coach, but I grew up watching him and Pat Summerall every week as announcers. Not too many more iconic figures in football than this guy.

He was well known in recent years in the Bay Area because he used to appear regularly on local radio and discuss football and sports. He was fun to listen to. And I’m not a football fan.
