I just checked my inventory on the app, no Bagwell. Did yours reappear?

Mine didn't unlock originally even though I "finished" the program. Came back an hour later and he was there.

Yep, same issue here. Not in my inventory either. I completed the full game on All Star too, not the 3 hr's via Conquest. EDIT. Never mind. I went and checked again this morning and now he is there, but he wasn't last night.
