Unsigned free agents should not be demanding multi-year contracts mid-season

Guys that nobody wants shouldn't be rejecting offers because of contract length. This happens all the time in franchise, though. They should be happy to sign a one year deal so they can keep playing.

I agree. Also, if a player does sign a multi year deal for the amount he asked for, he shouldn't be getting all pissy the following season because he wants more money. I mean, dude you signed the contract.
