Best SP's per RS Divisions

    Which group of SP's (1. or 2. below) are better for RS All-Star and below...and which group of SP's are better for HOF and above? and Why?

    1. SP's with Outlier FB's (Ryan, Degrom, Verlander, etc.).
    2. SP's with good movement and SNK/CUT combo (Arrieta, Kluber, Felix, etc.).

    Allstar and below you can be very effective with guys in number 1. Most new players to online play like myself, cant catch up with the heat. Not that guys with good break, number 2, are bad in allstar but the PCI is so much bigger at the lower levels, batters can time up pitches better, which leads to HRs even with questionable PCI placement. HOF the PCI is much smaller so placement has to be better. Guys who play HOF can center up Outlier FBs no problem but the offspeed stuff with late movement prevents those HRs.
