Not being credited full amount of XP earned

I've been noticing this off and on over the last few innings and I've commented on it to friends, but it wasn't happening to them, so I figured it was something I was doing.
Yesterday, I completed the TA 5 East conquest map (I had almost half of it done when I started yesterday) and I earned 4,250 XP in goals and from various spaces in the map. I wasn't credited for any of it.
I was credited for the games I played, the exchanges, the moments, etc...just not the conquest map (non-game) points I earned.
I've submitted a ticket but I'm curious if anyone else is noticing this.

I notice sometimes the XP earned after a game is finished doesn't tally right away. Like if I'm real close to a tier level, I'll get a notification a few minutes later while I'm messing around in the menus saying I hit it... could be that?

Yeah, that's happened to me too. This time, to make sure, I waited overnight to see what happened. I didn't want to send a ticket or complain about it if it was just a late posting.

Just out of curiosity did you beat the one stronghold in three turns or less?

Yes. I did it on the first turn.
I would still go into the map, if you haven't already, and hit Triangle. It will show you the missions. Make sure they're all checked.

Yes. I did it on the first turn.
I would still go into the map, if you haven't already, and hit Triangle. It will show you the missions. Make sure they're all checked.
They are. I always check the missions before taking the last space to make sure I've gotten them all taken care of.

It could be a visual glitch with that progress bar at the end of the game.

It's not the progress bar. I'm keeping track of the actual XP earned in various capacities, so I know that the earned XP wasn't credited for the goals and the spaces that I took that had that as a reward. I'm looking at the XP total on the inning page to see if it matches what I should have.

SDS answered my ticket pretty quickly. They told me to uninstall and reinstall the game and that would resolve the issue. It won't bring back the XP retroactively, but it will keep it from happening again. They also noted that the team was aware of the issue.

Oh wow, that's cool that they answered so quickly. Bummer about the lost XP, but I'm sure you have no problem hitting 650k every month.

I don't have a problem finishing, in fact, I usually finish early. It's just that I expect it to be there when it's not. If someone does have a problem though, they may want to track their XP to see if this is happening to them and if so, uninstall and reinstall the game.
