Who was in charge of Building the TA5 AL Central Path?

I realize everyone probably got there last weekend, but I finally got to 155 points in TA5 ALC and got the extra unlockable packs.
Uh ... thanks?!?

I am taking it super slow because it's the last big program. What are the extra unlockable packs? Is it like the one from TA4 where they added a point because they had put the wrong unlockables in the wrong division?

I think it's a extra mascot. I took a extra Cub

How random. Remember in TA4 they had the NL East nameplates in the NL West and so some people got dupes. They basically added a point to the NL West program to give out the right plates for the people who got the wrong ones. I wonder if it's something like that. I haven't even noticed because I'm taking the super long route through TA5

Honestly, I think they just did it to screw with people now that they have the extra duplicate confirmation screen. Asking if someone really wants a duplicate when they don't have a choice was brilliant...

outrageous that the Angels never got a mascot icon. They might not have a person in a suit that runs around terrorizing young children during baseball games, but the Rally Monkey is a thing for crying out loud. Everyone loves the Rally Monkey. Just a small excerpt from the robust wikipedia page that the RM has:
"The character debuted on June 6, 2000, when the Angels were trailing the San Francisco Giants 5–4 in the bottom of the ninth inning. Two video board operators, Dean Fraulino and Jaysen Humes, took a clip of a monkey jumping around from the 1994 Jim Carrey movie comedy Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, and superimposed the words "RALLY MONKEY!" on top of it. The Angels scored two runs and won the game"
"The rally monkey came to national and world-wide attention during the Angels' appearance in the 2002 World Series, again against the San Francisco Giants.[6][7] In the sixth game, the Angels were playing at home, but were trailing the series 3-2 and facing elimination. They were down 5-0 as the game entered the bottom of the seventh inning. Amid fervid rally-monkey themed fan support, the Angels proceeded to score six unanswered runs over the next two innings, winning the game and turning the momentum of the series for good (they went on to clinch the championship in game 7)"
