People locked them in long ago and since you can no longer obtain them none are being sold, I wouldn't wait you may never get the card.

A tip for those playing next year. You can buy up a ton of these bronze and silver cards early in the year for discard. I held onto them until they went to max and sold, but I only had a couple dozen. As long as you are patient, these always end up going for max at some point for collections during the year.
