125 Attribute Cap??? Or NO Cap ???
-
Many players has 1 or a few attributes at the max cap of 125.
I am wondering if each card is programmed to be like if the attribute is more then that or just at the 125. If 1 player may be a 130 or 133 or 128. This would maybe explian why some cards preform better for the majority using the same card as to other cards not performing as well, even though they both are capped at 125 within the same exact attribute.
IMO some attributes do exceed the Cap, but due to the Cap is why it is 125. I feel Cards shouldn't have a Cap & a Players Specialty Card should refect his entire carrer. Makes each player differ & not be the same 125 seen a lot.

Shouldnt have 100+ attributes at all, they are the main reason hitting and pitching have gone downhill, F*cks with the RNG too much.

No cap would be a terrible idea. Also cards with the same stats play differently because of swings
-
No cap means one can have Fo Fo Fo speed, or K/9 or something....
-
I think parallels should work for ppl that start out w 125 hitting and 99 fielding and speed and if you parallel them you can get them to 130 or 104 but only if you start at the max for the attribute cap. Just an idea. So there would actually be a reason to parallel babe Ruth other then fielding

While we're at it why don't we just add the left left, right right right, left left code to hit a HR Everytime with Griffey

Do you execute this code before or during the pitcher’s windup?

It's from an old N64 game. You do it before the pitch and Griffey would point at the fence. After that just make contact and you have a guaranteed home run -

I don’t think developers will ever directly answer this question.
