An unhandled server exception occurred

I try to edit my lineup to get rid of that blank card in the top right and it won’t let me edit my lineup or even auto fix it when I go into a game mode. I’m only able to go into events. When I try to go into games it will pop up a box that says “An unhandled server exception occurred” and it won’t let me play! Any ideas what’s wrong or how to fix it? I’ve tried deleting the app already and submitting a bug report.

Good luck. I’ve been getting a challenge failed error since launch, i have not been able to play an online game since the game released. I’ve been emailing them 3x a week for 3 weeks and sending bug reports 3-4 times a week. I’ve received 2 answers back telling me it’s my internet, i proved both times it’s not my internet by showing them i can play rated online and mlb 19 with no problem just not DD modes. Ever since they have yet to answer me back. It’s been able a week and a half, 2-3 more emails send and more bug reports and they are just totally ignoring me now.

Having the same issue plus my ISP is acting up tonight I emailed but thought I'd reply here to see if you guys found a way to fix this?
