Cards you want to do well with, but cant
-
I feel like themajority of the old timers have the same stance a very slow swing
-
And I'm just as angry that I can't hit with Mays! Haha sorry not the time or place for the Pedro thing.
-
A diamond Brad Hand card because SDS won’t release it.
-
George Brett, granted I only played about 10 games with him. But I only got 1 measly walk, and it wasn’t that I wasn’t hitting in general either. Trigga Trae and Mickey we’re dropping bombs. Just don’t like him that much I guess.

Mantle, second year in a row that I’m hitting below .300 with his card
His swing is just slow. How can mantle have a slow swing. SDS dropped ball with legends.

Yeah, I’ve noticed Hank, Honus and Mantle have the same batting stance, and all the old timers have slow swings.

Rickey Henderson is my favorite player in real life and always has been. It kills me that I can’t hit for sheet with his card in this game. Doesn’t stop me from trying every year but his swing is so slow. Makes me sad.

I mean, cards on your team that you should just try something else, but deep down you want to enjoy them so your patience is maximized. A couple for me is milestone Christian yelich, love his swing, snd the player..can’t get it going with him though
For a pitcher, I’d say Pedro, I know they did him dirty with his H/9 but I figured he’d be usable, but he’s bp
Though I wasn’t a fan of how he carried himself, he was one of the best pitchers of his generation. Plus, he being a new player in the game, I was hoping he would be great. Like you said, they gave him low h/9 with an easy to read delivery as well.
Nothing wrong with how he carried himself. He was a fiery, cocky competitor. There’s a lot worse around the league
Until he threw Don Zimmer to ground. Lost all respect, he could've handled that situation better.
Don’t be dramatic. The old fool was running towards him and Pedro did nothing but gently grabbed him by the cueball and guide him to the ground.
Someone charges at you with rage, you defend yourself. Honestly, that was the best outcome for old Don. He felt like a fool after for letting his emotions get the best of him. Could’ve turned out alot worse
Are you mental, did you even watch it? Charging at you in Rage? He's freaking 70 years old, what damage is he going to do? And gently laid him down my [censored] he threw that man down and could've seriously injured him.
Yankees deserve it

David Ortiz and Trevor Story are two cards I’ve tried multiple times and I just can’t get anything done with them.

Pedro Martinez is a POS, when he threw Don Zimmer to ground. Lost all respect, he could've handled that situation better.
I agree, and I really thought I had mentioned the Don Zimmer incident. I checked my posts and I guess I never did. Zimmer was in his 70’s! Like I said earlier, I cannot take away his pitching accomplishments, but I don’t like how he carried himself. He could have had more respect for the game.
