Question on getting better?
-
I would like to become a decent player(Not Great) for when MLB 22 comes out. My question is this: Is it better to play online and get my brains beat out on hall of fame/legend or would it be better to play the CPU in those levels? Also have a question about a pitching setting. Online most guys I play their pitchers pitch with a really fast pitching motion(Not slide step) Is their a setting for this? I'm on xbox series s. Also I guess only practice will help with this. When I miss my spot the ball ends up at least 400 feet away. I don't expect to be the best or one of the best just want to be half way decent. Thanks guys!

I’m still a kid, but I would say play dodgers on legend or HOF, just to see good pitching, and then casually work your way up. All star to hall of fame is very difficult transition. Just utilize practice, and you should be fine.

@collintacoz09_PSN thanks for the advise. I'm on xbox series s and use a monitor with gamer settings but I still have really bad lag while in online games. I hit really well on rookie, veteran, all-star and fairly well on hall of fame. Legend is a different story depends on the pitcher and the lag I receive.
