Couple questions about online play

Decided to try some BR. Had a decent draft a d since it was my first; it was free.

Anyway, won my first two then lost one, won one, lost one; so I went 3-2.

I think I did pretty decent; as I came within one XBH (9/10), 1 TB (39/40), and 1 K (9/10); which would've got me 30 pts towards the Program pack.

Anyway, my questions:

What does it mean when your opponent's batter keeps going in and out of bunt position real fast?

And what does it mean when an icon pops up above the batter? Looked like a circle with a headshot in it.

Also, why don't they allow practice swings?

I like to take a practice swing here and there; but I couldn't.

Generally it means an easy win incoming. These are very low IQ baseball players. They are more emotionally invested than actually playing the game.
