Any suggestions on jerking the PCI down on release anticipating an off speed?

I had a huge problem with this until I switched to strike zone camera, now my eyes are in line with the ball and I can track and follow the ball which lead to me not dropping the PCI as much.

I’m using strike zone. I anticipate an off speed pitch almost every time. That’s partially from being tossed [censored] in the dirt constantly and attempting to be ready. With everyone spamming high fastballs I can have the PCI ready to rock & roll for that heat then I just keep shooting downward.

in that case I would suggest leaving your PCI in the middle of the zone with your thumb on the bottom of the left stick ready to push it up towards the top of the zone. This is an issue for a lot of players, including myself, I still catch myself doing it, and have tried all the different methods, even going as far as to put the PCI in the part of the zone the ball is released from, so for example, RHP have the PCI in the top left corner of the zone and follow the ball in with the PCI. That worked for a bit but I found more success just leaving the PCI in the centre of the zone and reacting.
