Shoutout to Joseph with SDS's customer service. He added my missing German Marquez card today so I can lock in AS Acuna. Ticket was put in July 18th, so 60 days to fix. I had given up actually and deleted my email and he randomly messaged me today.

Congrats. Joseph just fixed my duplicate card issue too. I had been waiting since 6/6.
