for the title- many various substances can be used , all of them excessively dangerous and never recommended.
for the question- a flashback is a series card of a player currently playing.
legends are any who are retired. -
When you're putting the team together you can press square and filter the selection by flashback or legend

No. Flashbacks are cards of active players. Legends are retired players. You can filter it out under the “set” option

It is, I did it for my team builds to complete TA4

Filter setting is what I was referring to when you are in your manage team. They should have a separate setting to filter flashbacks and legend instead of each single category.
