Just a little complaint

I am a Ranger fan, my team sucks right now and we do not have the history of a Yankees franchise or the other original teams. No Babe Ruth, Honus Wagner, or baseball cards with a black and white picture of some great player on it. My early favorite players were Julio Franco, Reuben Sierra and if you can have Ryan Braun in the game you can have Juan Gonzalez in there. I've always played franchise or rtts more than anything but really been doing more DD stuff the last few years and I just find it frustrating that I'm waiting for a great Ranger diamond player and tada it's Pudge... again. Love him but would just like to play with more greats from my team.
One more small complaint is with my team sucking right now I was hoping that getting my team collection would unlock a good player card but the last two years have been gold rated players that are useless almost day one. Yes you should get better cards for the teams that at the time are good and have more diamond rated players but that's why people whose teams are bad needs a early attainable card that is usable for a little while at least. -
As it’s been stated 1000 times in these forums, it comes down to licensing. Arguments could be made for hundreds of players to be in the game. Maybe 22 will offer something different in terms of Rangers legends, likely you’ll see a Jack Leiter FS card though.

I am so hoping that Will Clarks big cards is a Rangers card

That Pudge card is great, he is like a 5 tool catcher. Always been a fan of his
-
And they can’t give you a good live series collection because your live series set cost about 10k to lock in
-
Yes I understand but that's also my point. Would you pay 10k for a gold rated Michael Young card with no power, no speed and you would probably pick most silver rated second baseman over it?

No I completely understand and like I said it's a small complaint. And this year isn't even over so who knows what they'll release. Just envious of the teams with a deep history and pool of great players to choose from.
I'm just a nut for my Rangers and would love to build a deep team of all Rangers that's all. -

I totally get it. But there are a few great cards this year for the Rangers. Signature Michael Young is solid, HRD Joey Gallo and AS Adolis Garcia are underrated and I imagine this Pudge card which might be the first I go for will be outstanding. FS Sam Huff was an early favorite of mine. And of course Nolan Ryan milestone 99 is a top 5 pitcher. It's not a lot compared to the Dodgers, Cardinals, Red Sox etc etc and I would love to see a Nelson Cruz, Ian Kinsler, Juan Gonzales, Kenny Rogers, Mike Napoli and so many other great, imagine if the Show was around in 2010, 2011.
-
And SDS if you make a 2011 Nelson Cruz for the love of God give him enough speed to get back on a deep fly ball!!!

Hahahaha, at least you can have a sense of humor about it. I really dug those two world series teams, they should have won 1. I'm a Cards fan (please dont throw things), but you guys absolutely pushed us to the brink and Nellie obviously should have caught that ball. But when I debate great historical lineups, I often site that Rangers team. Beltre, Young, Hamilton, Napoli, Kinsler, Cruz, even Andrus was a solid hitter and and clutch.
Who am I missing? Was Moreland on that team?
-
Yeah Moreland was there and no worries I have some family that lives there and never hear the end of it.

I’ve been to a handful of Rangers games this year and I am now officially a fan of Adolis Garcia. Hopefully he gets a really juiced Finest card.

I hope no one from TA3 gets a finest card personally. We don't need a 5th Perez and Mullins

Fair enough, but who else from Texas could get a Finest? No offense, but that team is terrible. The few guys who started the year hot (like Lowe and Solak and IKF) have all fallen off the face of the earth. And with no more Gallo, Kennedy or Gibson (and no debuts this year from Huff or Jung), they have nobody on that team who could get a finest aside from Adolis.

Fielder and soriano were rangers I just did a rangers team build.and I crushed my opponent you can use nelson Cruz also
-
I kinda agree with the multiple cards of one player. I have like three Joey Gallo cards I got to parralled three and just got tired of grinding the same player over and over. Which is why I'd like one or two cards of a player but more choices of players from that teams history. Ruben Sierra would be a DD god, switch hitter with power, hits for avg and speed...drool
