What consituates 'Flashback or Legend'?

So for TA4 some of the offline missions are invovling 'Flashbacks or Legend' cards.

How do you know which these are? Signature series? Topps Now? how do I know which to put in my lineup?

Yes, so long as they represent whichever division. You can sort these through sets when building your team using the filter ability.

No filter via Flashback/Legend then filter by team if you need to.

My understanding, as I asked this on another thread, is that basically every card that isn't "Live" (cards on the current roster) is considered either a flashback or legend. Pretty cool as I think I only have 2 live cards in my lineup.

You can't do it by division but by team, so go through each team or you can pick a set of cards from the legends or flashbacks and filter that way.
