Flashback cards

I figure "flashback" excludes Live, POTM, Topps, HR Derby and AS Game cards.
I'm assuming things like 2020 Awards Eloy Jimenez count as flashbacks.
What I'm not sure on is the 42s. Can anyone confirm if those count as flashbacks or not?

Flashback cards are cards of live series players other than their live series cards. Legends are any cards of players that do not have a live series cards.

Flashbacks are series card of still active live series players.
Legends are well…. Legends. As in retired

Future Stars and Topps Now will be Flashback cards. All Star Game, Home Run Derby, Milestone, Signature Series, Rookie, and everything else can be either Legend or Flashback, depending on if they have a live series card or not.

Flashbacks are active players. Legends are retired players. Anyone who is retired is a legend, no matter what kind of career they had. So for the 42 series - every 42 card from each team is a flashback but the select ones you have to buy are legends. If your ever curious about a card, just go to the market.. then filter for what your looking for and under the “set” option you can choose flashback or legend.

Wow the ASG and HRD cards count as well? Awesome, I don't have to change my lineups much then.
Thank you all for the responses.

Yeah, basically when you go to collections, they are all filed under legends and flashbacks which then have all the different categories including HRD and ASG. Obviously FOD cards count as legends and flashbacks because they re awards, milestones etc.
