Headliner Packs Set 36 Not in Inventory

I bought the new set 36 Headliners packs from the shop and have no received them in my inventory nor did i open them when given the option when purchasing. is there any way to get my stubs back or get my packs?

Weird stuff keeps happening the past two days. I didn’t lose any packs, at least I hope not; but I did lose plenty of XP. I hope you get them at some point man, I know the feeling.
