It's a know problem. Takes awhile for them to registers. Servers are overloaded because everyone and The r mother needs to be the first to complete them. Not like there isn't any time limit on them.
Two resolutions:

Deal with it and wait for it to finally register

I can't see it becoming a corporate slogan so I don't think the game devs would back your advice, even as they're probably desperately searching for a palatable explanation for this mess.
Truth is, people who paid for the game want to play it. Every single person who logs on deserves to have a satisfying experience. Anything else by them or you is just deflection. At this point I'm sure it's just a matter or spending the money to get the servers sorted. As they haven't, I'm calling that out.

Do you know what the actual problem is?
What if it has nothing to do with the actual servers and there is a power outage, or a fire in a near by building that caused damage to the electrical from the water hoses.
SDS should have said something about the outage by know so on a PR level it's an issue but unless you are involved in resolving the issue just saying throw money at it is a clown statement

Yeah, clown statement... there's absolutely NO HISTORY here.
If we're talking clownish, then suggesting that a company with a proven, demonstrated history of daily server issues might be affected by a nearby fire is next level. You get the facepaint, I'll supply the red nose. Unless they've had about 60 fires this year.

I’ve played MLB for years and one thing was always for certain, first week server issues left right and center. You know that those “we’re sorry bundle” of packs and stubs is ready before launch.
Blizzard faces it with WoW expansions, COD at the stroke of 12:01am when the new game goes live, etc. I’m not claiming to know how servers are maintained, load managed and what goes into setting them up for game release but I would think in 2021, we would be at a level where it wouldn’t come as a guaranteed launch feature.
