First I will say that this is my 12th year playing RTTS and I used to umpire amateur baseball and softball and was certified. With that said I feel I can speak with knowledge. I created a SP and he was drafted by the Cardinals. In his first year he was promoted from AA directly to the majors. He then finished the season best in the league in ERA and had no losses. Point is he proved his worth. In the off season he gets a contract for AAA starter. At the start of the season he is assigned to the bullpen. I say WTF, if I wanted a RP I would have created one and any manager would not take his best pitcher out of the rotation and put him in the bullpen. By the way in the first season he was listed as an ace. For this to happen is not only frustrating for us playing the game but it makes the developers and programmers look very foolish. I am not saying this to be insulting I am saying it to get the attention of SDS and have them take this part out of the game.

This happened to one of my Teammate Pitchers back in the 2023 season.
(i'm now in the 2026 season July just after the all star break)He was called up as a rookie. He helped up win the world series that year. got multiple awards, including Rookie of the Year.
Then was traded to Atlanta and sent down to AA, the following year, and been there ever since.
Poor Charles Kieper you didn't deserve this fate.

I was a starting pitcher, made it to the majors my first season and won Rookie of the year. The next season, I’m coming out of the bullpen. Not happy, want to start, but don’t know how and never seem to talk to my agent. What gives?
