Completing Daily Missions = No Reward?

I’m sure this has been an issue before, but since the 1 SP Complete Game daily mission has been up I’ve thrown 2 CG in RS, 1 with Nolan Ryan (it was a perfect game - not to toot my own horn too much), and one with Jacob Degrom. Still haven’t completed the mission despite throwing 2, 9 inning complete games in RS. Also, I’ve submitted multiple tickets to SDS with no reply all year, almost always providing proof of issues.
Another point, I just lost a very close RS game and my ranking started at 794 and his at 864. Will someone please explain why when I lose by 1 to a player with a 100ish-60ish record who has got to WS before and I’m 6 points away from getting to 800 for my first time EVER in this game - my ranking decreases by 24 and his increases 16? Should the lower ranked player not be punished at most the same amount as the higher ranked player gains when I lose (especially when it’s only by 1 run?!?)?

Did you pinch hit for either of them even in the last inning?

Disregard my last post. You didn't get credit for it because Im pretty sure you have to do it with a GOLD SP. DeGrom and Ryan are Diamonds.

I didn’t pitch hit for either of them in the last inning, and the mission didn’t specify Gold, just said a SP - anyway just threw another CG shutout with deGrom and finally got it.
