It really helped me ease my mind from all the stress I had been going through. It also helped me get my hand eye coordination and memory a bit sharper than it was, I know a lot of people are frustrated with this game but honestly I can't complain. This game has been a blessing for me. On a brighter note, I've come a long way, I'm back to walking like normal and feeling mostly healthy. So Im thankful to have a game I actually enjoy and can relax and play. Finding things you enjoy in life are important. Not everything in life is rainbows and butterflies.
Wow, you've been through a lot (forgive the understatement). 2020 was a trying year for me, too, in a lot of ways, most of it mentally. Lost a great-grandfather, sister was in the hospital during Christmas, etc. I'd go on but I don't want to take away from your story.
But in a similar way, this game (last year's but also this years) was a great coping mechanism for me. It was (and is) great to let go for a bittle bit and enjoy the great game of baseball, and let all my troubles slip away for a while.I'm so glad you're doing better now. Also if you're ever in need to talk or whatever, or just need an ear to listen to you, I and a lot of other good folks are here for you.

In December 2020 I was taken to the hospital with liver failure and respitory failure. I had my transplant on Christmas Eve and came out of my induced coma a day after Christmas. They lost me twice during the surgery. After the surgery I had a lot of difficulties. I had very little strength. I had tubes in my throat and other places, I had to learn to walk again. I didn't actually get out of John Hopkins Hospital until the end of February. That was 3 long,hard months during Covid protocol with no guests or family, I was depressed and hurting. When I finally got home in begining of March I had to rehabilitate at home and get my strength back. Not long after getting home this game was released. With not being able to work and get out of the house a lot this game was a blessing, Ive wanted to play the show for a long time but I'm an Xbox player so this was our first year playing it. I grew up playing baseball at a somewhat high level. I made all state as a kid and played college ball. I never was good enough to make the pros and I realized that in college, I might've been able to play minor league like a few of my friends but I focused on life outside of baseball. Back to this game though. It really helped me ease my mind from all the stress I had been going through. It also helped me get my hand eye coordination and memory a bit sharper than it was, I know a lot of people are frustrated with this game but honestly I can't complain. This game has been a blessing for me. On a brighter note, I've come a long way, I'm back to walking like normal and feeling mostly healthy. No I don't have either. I'm ok. My insurance covered the medical bills. I did lose a lot of time at work but I got by. I really don't want people to give me money or help. Just saying that you'd like to help is enough. I really appreciate that. Now the real question is should I do an OnlyFans lol.

Glad to hear your doing better MRAD. Home myself with a disability and like you this game has got me thru some tough times. I realize all the complaints but for me this game has been a godsend.

Thank you so much. I hope those tough times turn around for you. And yes this game isn't perfect but it's really good at the things they get right. It definitely has replayability. The grind is satisfying.
