What's programs are on the way?
-
Hi community-
This is my first year playing DD and I've loved it so far.
For those of you return players, what programs should we expect? I know they change it up and you don't have a crystal ball but please give me an idea.
I've heard of an extreme program, finest, all time teams, a world series or playoff programs.
Any more Team Affinity?
Any insight on what's coming and a brief description?
Thanks.

From what I can remember last year had the following besides the normal player programs. (I know they didn't have the FOD program. And I cant remember if they has an ASG program like they did with Acuna)
Conquest Extreme: I think they had this. Pretty much Conquest games on higher Difficulties like HOF and Legend.
Moments Extreme: Moments on HOF and Legend difficulties.
All-Time Program: You had to go thru and play 30 3 inning Moment games with your DD squad vs juiced up MLB teams. There also were a few 6 inn Moment games mixed in. Rewards along the way. Main reward was a 99 Babe Ruth
Postseason Program: Was set up like the Monthly Programs where you had to get different PS players from teams that were in the playoffs. Main reward was a 99 Corey Seager.
There were 4 stages of TA. 1st was Faces of the Franchise players. 2nd was Future Stars. 3rd was Legends of the Franchise and 4th was Finest. The last two were sellable rewards. Also, during Stage 4 they also released a Conquest map for each of the 30 teams were you could get another (seperate from.rhe TA rewards) Finest player from they Team.
They had 11 Inning programs. If I'm remember correctly the 10th Inning was dedicated to Ken Griffey Jr and his 99 was the only boss for that Inning. The. The 11th inning ran longer than the others (we used Program Stars and not XP). I think it was like 2000-3000 Program Stars with all 3 previous inning's bosses available at certain levels.
They also had a Infinity (I think that's what it was called) Event that pretty much runs u til they shut down the servers in a few years. But once you get the main reward, you're just playing to play.
If you want a more detailed list, I'm sure you could someone bribe our 'Show Historian' @SaveFarris_PSN , who should have a detailed list.

Awesome, thanks for taking the time to write this out. I'm really hoping for a strong Team Affinity program, some type of playoff program and those conquests sound amazing. There's a historian on here, that's rad. @SaveFarris_PSN
If you have any insight into what's coming if there was anything not covered here. Thanks all. Looking forward to the next few months of play. -
Since the game started a month later than usual, I'm guessing that there will only be 10 innings and the 10th inning program will similar to what the 11th was last year.

Conquest extreme was not HoF /legend games unless you are thinking the 1st year they did it.
Conquest extreme is beat x team in x amount of turns, 1st year was usa map a whole lot of individual teams(like beat yankees in 2 turns or dodgers in 2 turns)then divisions then whole map.
Last year was a custom map and was a cakewalk compared to original.
Though last year and original all strongholds -if you didnt lose any could play every game on all star. cant sim any have to play every game every territory. -

Good reminder on the Griffey Jr only boss. I can see them doing that for Aaron.
