No, XP rewards do not count on the cap

Edit: to clarify, XP from playing on everything counts, wether it’s online or offline in all modes that give out XP

What do you mean?

If you mean the 7500 and 5000 XP you get for completing missions; no they don't count.

Anything you earn, by playing the game, that shows up on the XP screen after the game processes is what counts. (where you can cycle thru and see what progress you made on Missions).

Therefore anything from RTTS (other than the bonuses in the Archetype build) and from Moments (other than the bonus for completing and locking in cards) counts.
