The perfect time to stop playing

The last 4 years has been a bit dismal. 16 and 17 were the last of the good games they have released and even those had issue.
-
If it were first 2-3 innings, it would impact me more. Take more and more breaks that keep getting longer. I’m getting burned out chasing programs just to have enough time to play 2-3 RS games before they dump 84 new moments and player programs that you need for collections. I should be at 500+ RS games and I’m barely at/over 50 as of now.
-
At this point of the year this game is the alpha for mlb 22. See what works and what doesn't.

^This, I just spent 4-5 days straight catching up on topps now and monthly awards for Mookie, as well as fighting terrible connections and at times worst people in RS to get Verlander, Im a bit burnt out.

That's no joke man. I can't find anytime to play br or ranked because they keep dumping so much stuff into the game. And if you ignore it, it will pile up and then you get overwhelmed and burnt out. I appreciate most of the content, but the moments are always just a boring time sink and conquest has become very stale, perhaps because it's mostly watching simmed games.

Yep, and I don’t have time to use the cards I want and just unlocked because I have to use TN or MA or team themes for TA cards for stats missions; catch-22. My god squad have the least online ABs compared to secondary cards.

I hope not. We needed serious changes after 2018. There weren't any. Just tweaks and adjusted sliders with here and there a new animation or a new mechanic like pinpoint pitching or the perfect timed throw. They've all been alphas and betas, it's time to rebuild from the ground up. Especially now with the new gen consoles.

Is now. I was already bored and annoyed, borderline frustrated I would say. And this 6th inning program is straight comedy, but enough is said about that already. My playing time already decreased dramatically this year and even though I usually try to stay up to date with my collections and stuff, this inning program is making it very hard for me to be motivated to play this game on a consistent enough basis to get enough XP with this new garbage XP cap. Great chain of events from the SDS braintanks, this is how you alienate your fanbase.
Hey SDS, it's pretty bad when you alienate someone who's played this game for years and rarely has anything negative to say.
As everyone usually states when someone says they're leaving the game: it's not going to matter. They already have your money.
Well, it WILL matter when people like @raesONE_PSN leave.
Get enough to make a dent and SDS will wake up.

They care about their bottom line. They pander to the masses not the super dedicated. Its a business. I'm not happy either but its reality. How else for you explain the non pci hrs?

I'm literally only playing the game for a DD league my discord is throwing together. No other reason.

I understand that, but what I'm trying to argue is that this approach where they prefer to say in their comfort zone instead of innovate is going to impact their bottom line because people are just no longer interested in the way this game currently plays. It's stale and boring and repetitive. The only people who don't perceive the game this way (yet) are the new(er) players. To them it's still new and exciting and they are still motivated to get better at the game. Everyone I talk to has the same opinion as I do regarding this matter.
The new cards alone are just not enough to keep us engaged anymore through 4 years of game releases. I'm even at the point where I might consider skipping MLBTS 22 if it is another tweaked and adjusted version of this product that we've been given the past 4 years. I know SDS won't care about me leaving, but the greater sentiment here is that it's not just me. I resemble a large group of veteran skilled players who are just bored, burned out or straight out frustrated with this franchise and I think it would be a mistake to annihilate a core part of your players base in this manner.
THAT would impact your bottom line. -

THAT would impact your bottom line.I heard you. With xbox being added they actually gained players. The Shiney new cards will only last so long. I usually lose interest after the real world series is over and baseball is over for the year. Its the beginning of theb6th inning and in beyond bored. If battlefield dropped tomorrow I wouldn't play the show for probably another 3 or 4 months. I don't play a lot of games. Its cod, mlb and maybe one other game here and there.

Idk man having people play on legend in RS definitely isn't catering to the masses. There's like 1% tops that actually enjoy legend. Last year I logged 100 RS games, this year 53.

It’s funny that they’re trying to stop moving moving to Madden or whatever. So they’ve brought in something which could potentially stop you playing the game after a couple hours. I understand it’s to stop the exploits. But it’s not been very thought out. I’m a normal player and once my cap reached I turned on another game. Where I would have probably played another hour or so.

BF keeps getting mentioned and I love to see it! We need to start a group of all the players on here that plan to play it and party up when it drops.

It's not about winning my friend. Not at all.
