Where do you get Tim Anderson?

I can't find him. I finished field of dreams program but there are some extra moments now that got added after i finished it and those points don't seem to be going towards anything.

It should tell you everything you need to do and how many points if you go into that program. I'm not on my PS at the moment but it seemed pretty straight forward.

There was a second field of dreams moments section for moments from the actual game, but it expired I think, sorry buddy
