Any reviews on this card? Big Cards fan and liked his 92 card, but was interested? Will price go up after the new program drops? Wondering whether to buy or hold off. Also only need a few cards for Mookie.

If he is a BR reward it should slowly decline, Musial cards are always good, I am sure his 99 is very good.
