Why aren't any of my online stats showing up since 2017? I would like to see my year to year progress....

I have the same problem since last year, my 2018 stats never appeared and this year Is the same thing, my 2019 stats are gone

My Universal profile online also doesn't show that I've played any online games this year. Can only see my stats for this year on the game
