You were the baserunner correct? You missed home plate that's why you were out.

Im not saying you had control. I've noticed when LB/RB when baserunning there is sometimes a delay before they change direction. The game probably registered the RB to retreat before he crossed thus the game making you miss homeplate when turning back.

makes sense i just cant think about it that long- like why does the guy in the outfield usually LF sometimes feel like your playing resident evil on ps1you are oulling the stick down to bring him closer towards home plate. then he will just turn sideways an go left for a few steps
