92 AS Miggy and Veteran Vlad

What should I do with these cards? Do I keep them or sell them? Could there be another collection in which they might be needed?

There will likely be another collection that you could use them in, so keep that in mind. But ultimately only you can decide if you should keep them or not - depends how many other All Star/Veteran cards you have and if you need the stubs from those cards liquidated for other purchases/investments in the meantime. Also remember that Miggy was an event reward and will likely not be available again, whereas Vlad was a BR reward and should continue to be made available in future BR programs with the 80 point pack that they just released this month.

I invest heavily in Event and BR rewards for that very reason, so far I haven’t see any other location for veteran vlad since the early weeks so maybe they are re releasing?

All past BR rewards are part of a choice pack at 80 points in the most recent BR program, so Vlad, Schmidt, Wagner, Leiter, Story, etc. are part of that pack along with the previous program rewards (Harvey, Soler, Posada, etc.).

We can hope...but with the way SDS has been this year I am not counting on it. I fully expect them to have a path for Event and RS cards from earlier in the year just like the new BR 80 point system.
Events typically have the reward cards about halfway through the program with things like Kitchen Sink, Space, AS packs that come later in the second half. I could see then doing Event Choice packs in the second half of the programs at some point.

Shhh don't give them any ideas - although I agree with your points and have already started to liquidate my RS reward investments

That would be new, would also avoid the Sig Glavine fiasco of last year, but would certainly screw my investments since I invested heavily in BR and Event rewards early in the year to hopefully capitalize on a situation like the Sig Glavine.
