It would be a miracle if you got the situation fixed. You might try the new conquest, I think you can get an ASG pack but I don't know if it's a choice pack or not. Likely not.

It's the Choice pack from the actual game release (Rare: Vlad, Base: Xander etc.) I think you have to do a ticket and pray it someday gets resolved.

I had the situation , the ticket took a couple weeks but it was resolved, the support team checked my account to validate my situation the corrected my error..the people that tell you it is impossible or support does nothing are just making it up to troll folks…but if you have no patience to wait a couple weeks for a correction then there is no other way…

Don't listen to these guys, I submitted a ticket and it took all of 3 days. Do it sooner than later.

Calling people a moron is uncalled for when several people have made this mistake. The easiest way to fix this is block the pick once you take him, it’s probably a simple fix on SDS part.
And the irony of earths flat user name and his post is strong
