So, in last nights stream Blake Snell said this game is too realistic, just before his OF glitched and missed an easy fly ball.
The only players using the new cards are content creators who spend a ton of cash on the game, and it still doesn't matter. I'm watching videos of guys dropping hundreds of dollars on the game to end up with fly balls and strike outs.
SDS, I have decided that I am done with the game. When MLB guys complain the the game is too hard, you've gone too far. Hopefully future years will be fun, but this years game isn't it.

What factor is so hard about it? It’s not fun bc it’s hard? Online play? You do realize that many people here have played the game for yearssss, many of us only owning a PlayStation for this game only. Do you have control freaks? Have you practiced “flick hitting” with zone? Competition is tuff this year but I wouldn’t want it any other way.

I'm mainly a PC gamer. I only have a playstation pretty much for only MLB the Show because the baseball scene on for a game like this is barren. I guarentee you that if this game went to PC I would have zero reasons to own a playstation.

@Perkosaurus13 i hear ya, I’m just questioned by what this game will play like on a pc next year when you have a mouse to track pitches. No console platform will compete with Pc player. At least you get to play escape from Tarkov if you wanted too. That would be the only reason I owned a pc. Hopefully that game keeps exploding. ESPN wrote an article on it and it’s still in beta

simple, just make the game playable using a controller only.

I strike out guys, on average, 16 times a game. I'm not that good, I should not be able to get that many strike outs a game using pulse pitching.
It's too hard for people to hit. Period.

Yeah geez. 16? I mean i likely have that pace at the all star level but I’ve only played one full game and one to the 8th. The rest rage quit before the 5th. I normally also had a pace of close to 16 in those games, normally have 6-10 by the 5th.... doubt it will stay that way though

I use XBOX One or PS4 control on PC games. But this game would be awesome because of the frame rates you could get. And cranking up the graphics. And for Gods sake why doesnt the PS4 do 1440p lol.

Bingo, and this needs to be taken into consideration when making the game. I haven't had someone hit a high tight fastball hard yet, and I've played 60 games in RS. Either lag needs to be fixed, or pitch speeds need to be adjusted accordingly.
I'm not upset because I can't hit, I can practice and fix that. But no one can hit well in my experiences, and it's an issue of pitch speed/input lag/frame rate.
When Kyle and Cbrev are complaining in youtube videos, it's not a "me" problem.

At the same time he said pitching control wasn't realistic and it's stupid how useless offspeed pitches are in this game because they always hang

He's a pitcher. We always joked when I was playing baseball that pitchers were non-athletic. They can't hit either. Blake is the ace of my staff until I get Kluber or Newhouser. Can't figure out which one I want yet.
