I completed the Robin Roberts moments and did not get the XP and did not get the card either. Anyone else have issue?

Do you have all the program points required? You need to do missions and/or exchanges as well.

It takes more than just the moments. You will need at least one of the missions. Then after you get the card you will need to collect it for the XP.
