You are just misremembering. The only cards that have outlier that didn't have it last year were Verlander, Cabrara, Greg Soto, Reyes. But I don't think sinker outlier is all that good anyway. Degrom, Nolan Ryan, Crochet, Kopech, Grove, Chapman, and others all had it last year as well.

Somewhat related but now that outlier exists, it's be nice if they'd stop juicing pitchers (in general) when they never threw as hard as they do in the game. Seems like they add 2 mph to everyone across the board.

I wouldnt have a problem with outlier if it wasnt on every single pitch. No starters besides deGrom throws 100-102 every pitch especially late in the game after 90 pitches

When are the 125/125 contact and 120/120 power outfielders coming?

outlier should be a random roll 60-70% chance that the perk activates. Each hard thrower should have a % of times they throw above 100 and that should be the % outlier is active.
