Can I get a DM from a mod?

I just had someone soft lock me in MLB the show. I will report the game afterwards, but I have video proof of what they're doing to cause said issue. Don't wanna share it around for obvious reasons. Saved it on my PS share and I have the clips posted. I know it can be considered a bug report but since it's a world series player, I'm sure it's their way of getting up the leaderboard and would like attention brought to it.
