With the amount of players in each organization how do I manage to have 7 duplicates of players

There's over 1200 players in the MLB. How is it possible that every pack I open, 90% of the cards are duplicates. I just sell all the duplicates now but there were legit a bunch of players where I have 7+ duplicates. The odds of pulling these players that many times is almost 0. I'm not mad or anything it's just hilariously frustrating when I pull Eli Morgan for the 22nd time in a month.

Unless I am missing something with how the cards are chosen??? I

Every year, there's always one free agent reliever and one minor league stadium that I'm just a magnet for. No matter how many times I do exchanges, I'll inevitably end up with 2 dozen of Scratchnut McCookies and 40 Oak Park Stadiums or whatever.
