Picked two Gregory Soto in Team Affinity,

Happened to me but with Escobar. It was 2 am and I was about to head to bed when I got my TA3 pack. I didn't remember it was my 2nd pack and I just grabbed Escobar real fast because that's who I wanted. I only realized my error when I tried to add him to my squad and he was already there.
Mistakes happen. Hopefully they'll get to my ticket (it's been over a month). If not, not AS Acuna, but honestly, who cares now? I got Shohei and I don't need another OF.

Never got my Rickey Henderson card from the mystery map conquest. I think. Don’t really care about the card but do care about the game bugging out

Start discussing something that will get posts deleted and you might have a shot at getting this company to take a look at fixing it though they just show again and again they flat out do not care about their customer base. I'd be really shocked if this gets fixed this year.

The mods are active on the Doc Halliday thread, deleting posts and making sure everyone adheres to their moral codes. But when it comes to actual customer service, they disappear much like the cards in my inventory…. Best of luck to ya!

You going to be waiting over a month for SDS to fix it, only after you submit a ticket. I just don't understand how people keep "accidently" picking two of the same cards. Slow down and pay attention when you open packs.
Honestly I didn’t think I did pick Soto twice. I could’ve swore I picked Cruz because he’s such a great bench bat against lefties. Obviously I must’ve made the mistake though because otherwise I wouldn’t be here talking about it unless it was glitch in the game. I doubt it though. My mistake and my problem.

Or it could be that the employees that moderate the website are not the same employees who work on support tickets.

Smart move if you ask me. When the 1st gets tired you can bring in the 2nd.

You’re probably right. But customer service has been a disaster this year. When we get no responses or help as customers, who else are we suppose to reach out to?

I'll be honest, while I hope that these duplicate card issues get fixed I also think that they should be at the bottom of the support queue behind those players that are actually having bugs and/or technical issues.
Assuming their is no actual bug causing this then it is a preventable error. I would hate to think that people with actual issues and bugs would end up in the queue behind 1,000 people who could not be bothered to slow down and pay closer attention when selecting a card.

I agree with ya. I’ve sent it multiple tickets for disappearing inventory cards as well as a bug and have yet to get anything that resembles a reply. It’s just a little frustrating when you take every course of action SDS tells you to take to get something fixed, and it sits unattended for over a month, while you have mods who seem to sporadically pop in the forum when they see fit, but neglect some of the more pressing issues.

Some people really need to pay attention to what they are doing.

I don't have a good answer for why SDS has those packs set up to be able to select a duplicate. I understand why there isn't an exchange, and I guess they could be sellable although that totally defeats the purpose of the TA ladder/progress format. I wonder if they do it so that they can create a little more lineup variation. Let's say just for argument sake maybe 5% of the player base (could be more or less idk) makes that mistake... that's 5% of the population that has to use a different card than the one offered in that collection. Or do they just not give a [censored] at all and I am reading into it too much.
