Questions about gameplay

Sorry for all the questions; but I'm trying to figure stuff out with the game.

1. BR: If you're trying for one of the BR Program players and you're skipping those positions until you get a Gold (C, 1st, 3rd, RP) or Silver +C, 3rd, RF, X) what do you do if you get a good player in a Diamond round that fits one of those positions? Ex: If you had the choice between an SP, RP, 3B, and 1B player in your Diamond round and you had Chipper, ASG Vlad Jr, Walker Buehler, and Smoltz as your choices. Would you take Chipper or Vlad knowing that you just filled a position that was needed for the program?

2. PCI Feedback: I see people on here mention how that can see their PCI numbers. Where do you find this info?

3. Online Play: I played a BR game the other day and when I was pitching, once I released the ball, it moved real sliw on the way to the strike zone. But when my opponent was pitching; it was really fast.

Is that something they were doing? Was it the connection? If it was the connection, why when only I was pitching?
