Ps4 to S Series?

I am currently playing on PS4. If I switch to Xbox S Series do my cards and stubs from diamond dynasty carry over?
My PS4 Pro died but I don't want to lose everything from this year if I switch.

You can link your accounts online...just make sure you carefully follow the steps and choose the correct option. I have XBOX/PSN/Show all linked and so does my son...but I see a lot of posts of people saying they lost their progress when they did things online. I really think in those situations they might have chosen the wrong option on which one to keep progress from.
