Yeah, but for that to happen, you need Lance Lynn and J.T. Realmuto, and both are going for about 110k - 125k.

Right, I'm just saying as the most expensive Vlad and Peralta shouldn't be impacted nearly as much as the rest of them if people are rushing to get Ohtani. Also Realmuto and Lynn will tank extremely hard when the packs are released again. Whether thats at the end of the month at the packs in daily moments or before that, who know

I don't think cards will hit the 2M range anyway as I bought some HRD cards to maybe sell and when I went in to put them up for 1M stubs, just so I wouldn't accidentally lock them in, it gave me an error message saying I couldnt put in a sell order for more than 700K.

No card can be listed for 2 mil. The max is 1 mil, and it has to be 96/97 or above.

That's the idea. SDS doesn't want people finishing this ASAP. Now, if you're stub rich and you want to pay extra to finish it ASAP; then you can. But it's supposed to take the avg player awhile to complete. I still haven't locked in anything for Mo yet. I'm waiting to see what they release that doesn't have to be bought off the Market before I lock anything in.
I know what you mean. Last year I was able to get both collections (live series & Trout), but it took a while. It was also a different game. I was able to get the cards I wanted and make stubs as I played. I don’t need the collection done right away, I’m still far from the live series and have most of the cards for Mo, but didn’t lock it in yet. I just don’t know if I will have enough of everything to get the new collection before the game’s end.

I am hoping for that. The prices on these cards are way too high, especially the mid tear all star pack. I hope they drive them down soon.

I doubt Mo or Jackie would be a voucher option. Mo is listed in the Milestone collection, similar to how Chipper is listed as an awards card instead of being his own thing.
Jackie is already a voucher for Mo, I doubt they double up.
I can see them using Ohtani as a voucher though, which is fine I guess but given some of the prices it might just be cheaper to buy a few extra cards for the other categories.

Did not expect it today. Figured it would be this Friday preceded by a stubb sale. First time I can remember a flash sale on a non-Friday or Saturday.

I totally agree. I figured you were right about the sale, especially because of the market prices; just thought it wouldn’t be for a couple weeks or so. Today when I saw we were getting one, I remembered you mentioning this to me.

I will eat crow and say I was thoroughly disappointed with Trout Awards Card as the big collection at release time. Once I got him and played with him I had a very quick change of heart. Just remember that while the stats/ratings are important we shouldn't make a final judgement until each of us has played with the card.
