Anyone else getting perfects that are outs lately?

Never had the problem till recently and if I did it was rarely. But I noticed any time I do get them now, I usually end up with the ball being caught or getting out at first often.

Anyone else noticing this?
Also for hitting I notice sometimes it says good swing then goes to late usually when I get a strike.
Been playing conquests and getting this a lot.

This is the first year I have played and was understandably not a good hitter at all...not near enough plate discipline and really struggled with lining up the PCI. Been getting better and better and really starting to have fun playing the game. Grinded out BR this time and then a few days back everything just seemed to go wacky. Things don't fly even with perfect PCI placement and even Perfect/Perfect (at least very often) and everything just seems random as can be. It's funny, but I definitely enjoyed the game more when I was bad...because I at least understood what was causing the results.

I’ve lost count of how many inside sinkers I’ve turned on for a pp line out to the third baseman while playing ranked HOF.

I've noticed foul balls seem to be majority of perfect/perfect that I've hit, then outs, and then hits in that specific order.
