I've never checked, but can you filter by parallels? If not, then I dont believe they can add parallels as a collection requirement. If you can, then disregard.

I know there is one of each in the daily moments, but does anyone think we will be able to get more ASG and HRD packs any time soon? I don’t know if I will make the collection if not. At least not anytime soon.

I don't think so. Prestige cards last year were their own series. Parallel V is not

They always rerelease packs eventually. Usually they release so many of them they drive the value
of the cards in them down to nothing. Question is just how long you’ll have to wait before they do it. -
Last year, the HRD cards stayed relatively high until very late in the game cycle. Of course, “very high” was quite different, as the rare tier was around 60K-ish and this year the rare tier is pushing 300K. But they eventually did flood the world with HRD packs last year, and I’m sure they’ll do the same again this year. But I wouldn’t be surprised if those stayed relatively rare for quite a while. And if ohtani is a part of the new collection, then I can see Freddy and vlad potentially hitting a million with a waitlist. I don’t think SDS wants that to happen again so I’m not sure ohtani will be required.

If that's the case; I don't see ya needing 75-80% of each set right away. But I could be wrong.
Except for the fact 75%-80% increases weekly. 75% of a specific collection tomorrow may only be 50% in a month. I'd be willing to bet ~75% is the number everytime.

I think Ohtani will be one of the vouchers like Jackie was for Mo but once again like the earlier collection and last years collections, I’m positive you’ll be able to skip a couple of vouchers. That will keep Freddy and Vlad stable

Whoops, I didn't know that. I thought you had to have every single HRD and ASG card to get Ohtani. In that case, then yeah I imagine Ohtani will be a voucher (and I agree that we'll probably have skip-able vouchers again).

I don't think cards will hit the 2M range anyway as I bought some HRD cards to maybe sell and when I went in to put them up for 1M stubs, just so I wouldn't accidentally lock them in, it gave me an error message saying I couldnt put in a sell order for more than 700K.

That's the idea. SDS doesn't want people finishing this ASAP. Now, if you're stub rich and you want to pay extra to finish it ASAP; then you can. But it's supposed to take the avg player awhile to complete. I still haven't locked in anything for Mo yet. I'm waiting to see what they release that doesn't have to be bought off the Market before I lock anything in.

No card can be listed for 2 mil. The max is 1 mil, and it has to be 96/97 or above.

Yeah, but for that to happen, you need Lance Lynn and J.T. Realmuto, and both are going for about 110k - 125k.

Right, I'm just saying as the most expensive Vlad and Peralta shouldn't be impacted nearly as much as the rest of them if people are rushing to get Ohtani. Also Realmuto and Lynn will tank extremely hard when the packs are released again. Whether thats at the end of the month at the packs in daily moments or before that, who know

I know what you mean. Last year I was able to get both collections (live series & Trout), but it took a while. It was also a different game. I was able to get the cards I wanted and make stubs as I played. I don’t need the collection done right away, I’m still far from the live series and have most of the cards for Mo, but didn’t lock it in yet. I just don’t know if I will have enough of everything to get the new collection before the game’s end.
