BALLPLAYER HAS DIAMOND DEFENSE IN RTTS BUT NOT DD

As the post says,

My ball player has 90+ Fielding & Reaction. When I play RTTS games, it shows my Ballplayer with the Diamond shield under him, but in DD it shows a Gold shield. Can anyone tell me why that is ?

Also, is Reaction also factored into Diamond defense ? I changed my perks around to get my Reaction at 90 as well to see if that was what it was but that was not the answer.

Its probably counting you as being in a secondary position, and the 5 pt hit to fld/rea is lowering you under 90.

I'm using my guy in CF though which is his primary position.

DD counts primary by archetype,not what rtts position.
some one posted a list 2 weeks -a month ago that had what archetypes had what for primary.
