I was having the same problem, play 1 game then crash the next. I figured out a way around the issue. Instead of going to play next game, go back to the club house. It takes a little longer sure, but I haven't had another game freeze then crash my xbox since. Hope this helps other until the fix comes out
This 100% stopped crashes for me.

I sometimes get a guy in the dugout with a squashed/malformed head. the face is offset below the nose by about half a head's width I think?
I didn't screengrab it. That's as well as the pure white mannequin heads. Pretty sure both of those things didn't happen before 1.05 -
After the update my archetype isn't progressing, even with the work around. Pitching has never progressed a single point. Game will freeze and crash after 4 or 5 games and now every now and again the players have white heads like a mannequin.

Has anyone on the Xbox got the new update. Got one this morning and so far so good. However not sure on the progression as i havent checked that yet, but graphical issues and going on to the next game is not freezing anymore.

Thank you for pushing out a patch as quick as y’all did. Worked for me this morning with no crashes and everything progressing as it should on PS4

Game is all working right for me in RTTS in every way. Finally able to enjoy it.

Still crashing @Victor_SDS_PSN . Just submitted 3 crash error reports in the span of 5 mins.

yep another stupid bug after a patch i cant go straight into another game in a series it will freeze

XBox One, during RTTS, game freezes and restarts whenever the "The Show 21" screen comes across. It's the new screen of death. Sucks because I'm on my second MLB season and stuck on a game where I'm owning Syndergaard
